Q. I can not use my credit card. Why ?

Ans. When you use the DL-MARKET for the first time, a credit card issued in a foreign country may not be allowed.
In that case, please contact a credit card company below to which we delegate a credit-card settlement, so that you can use the credit card thereafter.

Q2. Is there any charge for registering ?

Ans. Registration is free. Only purchase money is requied.

Q3. Payment Methods？

Ans. A user who is not Japanese can use only a credit card. VISA and Master are available.

Q4. I failed to download a digital data. Can I re-download it ?

Ans. Yes, you can re-download a digital data that you bought. Please log on the download customer's page, and click an 'Order history' link.

Q5. How many times can I download a digital data ?

Ans. 10 times within a week of purchase.

Q6. May have a receipt ?

Ans. Sorry, Japanese only.
